Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Greenhook American Dry Gin
1 oz. Raspberry Shrubb

Method: In a flute, build above ingredients. Top with champagne or sparkling wine, garnish with a brandied raspberry and a lemon twist. Top with Sparkling Wine or Champagne.
