2 oz. Greenhook Ginsmiths Old Tom Gin
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
1 Pickled Red Cipolinni Onion
Method: Stir G.H.O.T., vermouth and bitters, strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the red onion
